When do I get charged for my subscription?

Maybe when you are considering upgrading your Basic Plan to the paid subscription you are wondering when do I get charged for the subscription?

If you choose monthly billing, the initial charge occurs at the time you upgrade. Your credit card will automatically be charged for renewals each month on the same day of the month in which the paid subscription began.

If you opt for annual billing, the subscription renewal will take place each year on the same day of the month after the initial purchase.

At the moment, if you prefer triennial billing, where you pay for two years and get one year free. The process must be done manually, simply send us an email to support@tucalendi.com and we will explain the steps to follow.
